We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped within New York. We do not collect sales tax for orders billed and shipped to other states.

If you are ordering for shipment to New York, but you are exempt from New York sales tax, please fax a copy of your reseller certificate to the phone number at top left.

For download orders, your credit card will be charged immediately. The charge will appear on your statement as:

You may return your Anconia purchase for a refund within 180 days of purchase.

Guarantee applies to customers in the U.S. and Canada only.

If you ordered the product directly through Anconia, you may return it within 180 days from the date the download instructions were emailed to you, no questions asked. Please contact us by email at

Refund will be issued upon receipt of a signed email certifying deletion of the product from your PC(s).

You will be given a full refund.
If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to your card within 2-3 weeks.
If the purchase was made by check or cash, the refund amount will be refunded via check within 4-6 weeks.
