If you ordered the product directly through Anconia, you may return it within 30 days from the date the download instructions were emailed to you. Please contact us by email at and include the reason for return.

Credit will be issued upon receipt of a signed email certifying deletion of the product from your PC(s).

• Download versions: You will be given a full refund.
• If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to your card within 2-3 weeks. If the purchase was made by check or cash, the refund amount will be refunded via check within 4-6 weeks.
