Use filtering to view tracking information per user rather than totals, and to send highly targeted followup email. For aggregate data, use the Reports tab.
For example, you can turn on a filter to display only the users who opened the last tracked mailing, or only those who clicked a specific link, then send followup email to just those users.
Filtering only works with mailings for which tracking was enabled.
When filtering is on, the Send tab only sends email to the users currently displayed on the Contacts tab by the selected filter.
You'll know filtering is on when the Filter button on the Filter tab is depressed, and the numbers in the # column on the Contacts tab are shown in blue.
Click the Not radio button to invert the meaning of the filter. For example, to view the users who did not open the last mailing, click the Not radio button and then choose the Open filter fom the Action dropdown.
You can filter by customers who performed the following actions a specific number of times:
Choose the range in the From and To dropdowns, or type the range directly into the From and To edit boxes.
To execute the filter, press Tab or click away from the From and To edit boxes.
Move the mouse pointer over any column heading called Link 1, Link 2, etc. to see the URL or name of the corresponding tracked hyperlink.
Ctrl+click on a heading to see the corresponding Web page.
The links are numbered in the order in which they appear in the outgoing HTML message. You may also give the links custom names.
Click the Reset button to reset the filters to the default settings.
Choose Filter from the Filter tab once again to turn off filtering.
