Limit mailing frequency

To lower the unsubscribe rate and retain your customers, you may limit the number of emails any individual recipient receives within a specified time period.

1. Choose RocketSales Options from the File menu
2. Click the General tab
3. Under Limit mailing frequency, check the Never mail an individual recipient more than checkbox
4. In the Days box, type the time period to restrict mailings. For example, to make sure that no individual receives more than one email every 30 days, type 30.
5. Click OK
