Tracking

Decide whether you want to track this mailing. You can turn tracking on or off by clicking the Track button on the Send tab.

• Tracking is invaluable for fine-tuning your mailing success rates over time. However, it requires your tracking server to be on during the entire duration of the period tracked, otherwise your tracked links will break.
• Your tracking server needs to have its own domain-based Internet address for highest deliverability. Mailings which use tracking servers without their own domain-based address (e.g. http://1.1.1.1 rather than http://www.company.com) are often blocked by spam filters.
• Tracked mailings require more database space than non-tracked mailings.
• If raw send speed is the most important thing to you, we recommend turning tracking off for your largest mailings.
