Set sender information

  1. Click Set Up Accounts on the Send tab
  2. Select your account and click Properties
  3. Click the Send tab in the Properties dialog
  4. Make sure that the display name and bounce address are filled in. The bounce address is used to collect and process automated bounce messages. For high-volume mailings, do not fill in a personal mailbox as you will receive a large number of bounces.
  5. (Optional) You may fill in the reply address. A reply address may be used so non-automated, human emails are sent to a real person's email address for handling. We suggest leaving this address blank so that human unsubscribe requests are sent to and processed automatically by the bounce mailbox.
