Setting character set (encoding) for mailings

To set the character set for your outgoing mailings:

  1. Choose RocketSales Options from the File menu
  2. Under Character set, choose the character set you want to use

Setting language for tracking messages

RocketSales automatically uses the Windows region setting from the Control Panel to set the language your users see. This applies to confirmation and error messages from RocketSales Tracking.

Languages supported

Windows 7 and Vista

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Region and Language
  2. Click the Administrative tab
  3. Under Language for non-Unicode programs, click the Change system locale button and choose the language you want to use
  4. Restart your PC

Windows XP

  1. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
  2. Click the Advanced tab
  3. Under Language for non-Unicode programs, choose the language you want to use
  4. Restart your PC
