Sort contacts
Simple

To sort contacts: Click a column header at the
top of the Contacts tab. The contacts will be sorted based on the name of the
column you click.

To sort in reverse order: Click the column header a second time.

To turn off sorting: Click the column header a third time. This speeds
up display and mailing send speed.
Advanced
To sort by multiple columns at the same time, e.g. to sort by first name within
email addresses, use the Sort dialog.
To begin,
click Sort on the Contacts tab.

To sort contacts:
From the Sort by dropdown, choose the column by which you wish
to sort. To sort by multiple columns, choose the second column by which you want to
sort, from the Then by dropdown.

To sort in reverse order:Choose the Descending radio button next to the column
by which you want to sort.

To turn off sorting:
Click Reset. Then click OK.
