Click the Report dropdown on the Reports tab and choose Unsubscribed to see how many emails from your mailing unsubscribed due to that specific mailing, either automatically or via the Bounces and Unsubscribes feature.
This report shows a pie chart with the percent and total number of unsubscribes.
