Getting started

Send your first mailing

  1. Start RocketSales by double-clicking the icon on the desktop
  2. Hover over the themes on the Home tab and click one which suits your mailing
  3. Choose Set Up Accounts from the Send tab and fill in your email information
  4. Choose New Contact from Contacts tab
  5. Type an email address
  6. Click Insert, then Close
  7. Click the Home tab and type: Alice and Bob
  8. Select Alice, choose Hyperlink from the Insert tab, and type: http://www.anconia.com
  9. Select Bob, choose Hyperlink from the Insert tab, and type: http://www.anconia.com
  10. Choose Send on the Send tab and enter Test in the subject
  11. Click Send and click OK

Track the responses

  1. Click the Track tab
  2. Click the Track button
  3. Follow the instructions above
  4. After the mailing has been sent, in the Mailing dropdown, select the mailing at the top of the list
  5. In the Report dropdown, select which kind of report you'd like to see.

Tip: You can watch the responses come in, live. Choose Refresh from the Contacts tab.
Tip: Not all emails marked "no data" were discarded by their recipients. Some recipients use email programs which do not support HTML email. These responses cannot currently be tracked. Other emails may have bounced due to incorrect addresses.
